About Us
 J. Gary McMakin
is a highly respected professional in Alternative Dispute
Resolution (ADR) in the Tampa Bay area who operates a successful practice
solely dedicated to mediations.
Since 1989, he has conducted several thousand mediations and
arbitrations utilizing his expertise,
experience and insight of the plaintiff’s
position as well as the defendant’s position; providing perspectives
for an effective, efficient, and productive mediation. Additionally,
he has the abilities and skills in facilitating communications
between disputing parties.
 Gary’s professionalism and efforts have earned him a well

Central Florida.
